Very very poor service, actually non existing service at the pharmacy, Clicks Atterbury value mart, so dissapointing.

It's kind of disappointing that only two pharmacy points were functional although it was a busy hour. Pay point tills were all functional and quick.

I am going to boycott this establishment. Whilst the people at the top of the Clicks group directors and shareholders are raking in all the money, the people at the bottom the staff are clearly all overworked and the place is short staffed.  We are sitting waiting over an hour, sometimes longer, in the queue for a prescriptions, and this is on any day and time during the week.  Some of the people in the queue are elderly, and some are there to fetch medicine because they are feeling sick. Yet, you make them wait because you don't want to hire more people. Y'all have no shame.

Notmal Clicks. Clinic area is a bit untidy and doesn’t seem very friendly/welcoming with all the negative signs up at the moment. Friendly Pharmacist’s assistant made up for this.

Claire's accessories at Clicks Atterbury value Mart is the best!It's so organised and there is a lot to choose from all the other clicks in Pretoria can learn from them!

The pharmacy is always slow to help. Staff are incompetent when they do try and help you. Today they also tell met that they are out of my blood pressure pills, there are no substitutes and to come back tomorrow. I really hate going to this place.

Very bad telephonic customer service, everytime I call. The staff don't understand product info and product uses. Then they make you hold on the phone for 20 min + because they don't know how to assist me. Super frustrating

Shameful conduct by staff member Jan. Very rude and discriminatory. He instructs you what to do. I think the store manager is also afraid of him when I complained. Overall shocking service. Disappointed customer. Should have went to Dischem instead.

Terrible service waited for half an hour at the pharmacy with 3 people infront of me only one pharmasist on duty and 3 assisstants. Assistants was not at counter busy at the back.

I was at the clinic for my kids immunisation and Sister Khanyisa was amazing ,  very professional, friendly..i would recommend Clicks Atterbury clinic  anytime because of her......
