The standard is dropping, the customer service from the lady at till point very bad, I once tried to tell her that she gave me a wrong order she shouted at me wanted to tell her that she gave me an expensive kota No 0 and I bought the less expensive oneNo2 the waiting for food is now absolutely ridiculous, sometimes the chips are half done. The standard and service here is drastically going down.

I found their Kota to be reasonably priced. They take walk-ins and calls. I always call first and go collect 15-20 minutes later. Unlike other places I visited selling the similar Kota's, they add ketchup and other sauces to match your selection for you.
Very bad experience had to wait over an hour to get my order...
One of the best places around for food especially kota and braai meat ,you buy and then take it the braai area they will do it for you, and the place have a very good prices on alcohol , I highly recommend this shisanyama
The food is nice , you also have the spot where you can hang out with your friends, family or colleagues to chill and catch up
Worst service ever. Its one place you shoupd never go to when yoh hungry. Theybhave cheap booze but the service is horrible.
That's when we say we are proud to be from Tembisa. It's an amazing experience to be buying from this place. Customer service is king, fresh food.
