Absolutely loved this place for a day trip. The groundsmen were really helpful with helping us setup our braai. Only downside are the poolside rest/ change rooms, it would've been great if they were more private and had what we needed. Overall a really stunning place to escape to with friends.Service: 4/5
I was there for a wedding, beautiful venue. The Mountain View is out of this world. I’m definitely going back for a weekend holiday. There’s a kids play area, swimming pool and braai facilities.Rooms: 5/5
You wait for so long to get what you ordered, cold food, inconsistent food prices and the WiFi signal not good. Beautiful place but not happy with the service Food & drinks: They give cold food
Their sound is not good at all, even the fact that people have to chairs for 'emselves is totally wrong. Their swiming pools are good & different sport for visitors to grill meat is excellent. I really like the way the place a spot to chill on . Safety: There's no enough security if a person can enter for somewhere. And even the way they mark people on they hand is wrong we must have belts
The best place for relaxation, clean pools, great braai area, very clean environment. When I went it was raining but still managed to have fun. Highly recommended Rooms: Rooms are very clean and neat, very good Food & drinks: Only had breakfast, it was very nice

The venue has so much potential. Unfortunately spoiled by noise from day visitors at the pool. Loud music played that is audible throughout the venue. Hiking trail spoiled with trash all over. Open area in front of our rooms unkept, spoiled with trash all over. Lacks proper management.Rooms: 1/5

Had to leave t place after been threatened by guests who parked us in twice so we could not leave. As the people were so many and threatened to assault us, we had to flee and in that process our car was bumped. 3. It started terrible. Staff phoned 19h00, an hour before book in time and said booking.com double booked. It was obviously they lied as when we insisted we will contact t director, they immediately again mysteriously found our room available again. 4. Music at night was loud until after 01h00. 5. Sunday morning woke up with a bang. The sound played in the place sounded like a rock concert from early. It went on and off so no sleep. 6. Booking out. Nobody at reception. 7. Staff outside saw people got parked in. They did zero to prevent it or to help. 8. Guests walked around early drinking. Lovely mountains. That is what we thought we will get. Nature and greens. It was spoiled from start to finish.
