Great Service as always - The turnaround time for this guys is super plus they come to your place assess 2 days they r back to fix the phone. You dont have to first sent your phone for assessments for days and get fixed while u wait for weeks - have done my repirs with this guys couple of times and it has never take them more than 4 days to assess and complete the repairs. Super Excellent service.

Needed my phone repaired but many stores did not have the part that needed replacement on my phone. Quick Google search and I found Platinum Repairs, made an enquiry and they told me they'd source the part for me and let me the price if I was interested in going forward. Long story short....their service has been amazing! From Janine to Palesa to the quality of work done.... amazing. I got my phone fixed in under 2 hours, I got a warranty card and some candy! I’m so glad I listened to my sister and took out a cover for my phone with Naked Insurance and Platinum repairs made things so so much easier for me. From collection to delivery. They communicated every step to me. The fact that they attended to my phone within the blink of an eye is top tier. The pack of sweets they packed it with on return melted my heart. Great experience having my phone repaired through Naked Insurance - communication was great, I needed to follow up at one point, but I got quick feedback when I did and my phone looked brand new when I got it back. The repair did take a few weeks as they needed to order stock, so I needed to arrange a loan phone, but it was worth it to have my device back in such good condition with quality not cheap generic parts used. Would definitely recommend them.
