MR FIX It Appliance Repairs

I wish I read the review before i used them. Its simple, don’t use them. The guy pitched, took my fridge apart, promised me he will come back to fix it, never did. He replied a few times to messages that he got the parts and booked an appointment, never happened. I had to go look around for someone to finish the job, and many companies said they dont want to touch it cause they dont know what the previous guy did and therefor cannot garantee their work. And good luck trying getting hold of them on the number listed. Again... dont do it. If there was an option for no stars, i would have used it

This is the worst company in Cape Town. Their "technician" had to borrow a phone charger from our nanny to google the problem with our washing machine on his phone. Then he said it was the motor and took it away to fix it. He only came back after i phoned him several times. Then he replaced the motor and the problem persisted. He then insisted we can only pay cash, something which his head office then said he lied about. They didn't even know we had paid. We insisted that he come back to fix the machine which still didn't work and he failed to turn up on any of the 3 days he promised to come - always with a different excuse. We then told them not to bother to show up and - as a lawyer - i am now suing them to recover the money they took from me. They are criminals. Do not deal with them. Call Claremont Home Appliances instead. I am annoyed i have to give them 1 star. They deserve nothing.

worst service ever, Timothy van Graan does not respond to messages or answer the calls, Legal action will now be taken as this is unacceptable. Do not use this company ever... they are totally stealing and scamming hard working people. Does not deserve any rating

SCAM artists of note. I had a dishwasher that wasn't warming the water. They told me they could fix the circuit board. I checked with other companies who all told me th boards cant be repaired so I rigged a security camera and watched them remotely pour boiling water from the kettle into the machine then phone me to say its working fine and I can come and see for myself. When I asked why they had used boiling water from the kettle they suddenly had to get to Claremont to collect spares before the supplier closes at 2pm on a Thursday?

My experience was excellent. Called at 9.00am on Tuesday. Technician arrived at 11.00am. Promised to source necessary parts. Called 10.00am Wednesday. By noon tumble dryer fixed. Cannot ask for more!

Tried to arrange a day for them to come and fix my appliance and, after confirming a day, they simply never pitched. Even after I followed up with an email and a phone call, they never arrived. Seriously unprofessional.

Such disappointing service. Will never use of recommend MR FIX IT Klipfontein ever again. No response to my phone calls and then when they are tired of me phoning they either do not answer or take their phone off the receiver. A case for Hello Peter I believe as all I need is a rubber replaced in my dish washers door.

Absolutely shocking lack of communication and service. Avoid using this "company" as they will take your money and if you are lucky, you might hear back from them a month or so later. Don't count on your machine been fixed after all that time either. DO NOT USE THEM.
