**AVOID THIS PLACE** Items have no prices. You have to ask the price on every item you pick up. They tear the price tag off which is fine, but how then are we the shopper - who by the way pay your salary - supposed to know the price?? 17 items, no prices... What's the odds? Come on, so I just put all my stuff down after all, who needs who over here??

Best Mr Price Home store so far. Kamo and Lefu are amazing. Staff are honest and direct - if it’s gonna take a week for delivery, they set the expectation - that’s what customers want! Really happy with their service and quality of their products.

It is a sin that such a store keeps living plants in it.....nobody cares what they look like or that they may need water and when speaking to the staff the look at you as though you are crazy. Plants live and are an expensive luxury. Shame on you

A couple of weeks ago we were looking for a large quantity of two items and Lerato went out of her way to find them at other branches for us. We did have to collect them ourselves but Lerato ensured we had a contact persons name at each store and reserved the items. Thank you Lerato for service excellence. Lou and Rob

Had the best assistance with getting everything I needed for my new apartment. The assistant that helped was very patient and even helped provide advice on what to go with when I was undecided. On a Saturday there were two staff members at the till, counting money and not helping customers. Despite cashiers being called twice they took 5 minutes to arrive, only to then start and set up their tills. Not acceptable, I will not be returning to the store.

Love this store, super close to where I currently live. Large selection of products. Only complaint is I have been there quite a few times and I have always struggled to get service at the tills but besides that good store to visit for homeware purchases.
