We didn’t know about Bed King till we accidentally drove past it and decided to stop and check out the store. Best decision we ever made and best beds ever! It’s the quality we were looking for and we are very happy with our purchases. Faith is an outstanding Sales consultant. She made sure we were comfortable with our bed choice and her energy matched with her kindness is so unique. She made sure to update me throughout the process of waiting for our order and that was very kind of her. Definitely coming back for more beds and bedding because of her outstanding service , of course and the quality that Bed King offers to its customers.
I went to Bed King looking for new pillows. We had excellent service and advice regarding the different types of pillows and which would be best for us. We were helped by a wonderful lady named Lizzy. Lizzy asked us to test our posture with different pillows and made sure we bought the best for our needs. Definitely recommend Bed King for all your sleeping needs, excellent service.
Really great service received from Faith. She took her time to explain things in great detail and went over and beyond to assist us with our transaction. We also had to do an exchange of the bed we had originally bought and she was very kind in managing the process. Very happy with the service. Thanks Faith
All I can say is WOW! From the minute we stepped into the store, we were impressed. Faith was incredible. She took the time to explain things and answer all our questions. Our base and matress arrived ahead of schedule and even though we received the incorrect colour, it was no issue at all. Faith got onto the supplier immediately and kept me updated constantly. The exchange was made quickly and without much effort from my side. The cherry on the cake was a call from Faith, the day after, to check that I was 100% happy. The customer service was impeccable. What a perfect bed-hunting experience! Everyone at the branch is so kind and helpful. The actual process of finding the right bed was thoroughly explained and I was made to lay on the lab bed to first get a reading of the type of sleeper I am. I didn't know bed-hunting could be so educational. Thank you Bobby & the whole Fourways team!
Excellent service. I had been looking for a bed for about two months. I decided to go to Bed King during Black Friday and Faith was excellent in helping me find a bed. She took me through the posture test and eventually helped me find a bed which was perfect for me. They even delivered it early. Was supposed to be Friday and I got it on Tuesday. Been sleeping like a baby ever since.
I'd walked into a few surrounding stores and was underwhelmed. Last stop Bed King. Well, it had alternate power loadshedding ... surprise!, so no peering in the store in the half natural light. Faith Ngwenya - amazing lady, was on a call, and I heard her say, "I must go to attend to a client". Light, tick. Very pleasant aroma, tick. Background music, tick. Very professionally dressed, well groomed, pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable lady to assist me, super tick. And I walked out having bought a product to suit my needs, having had a thoroughly pleasant experience having done so. 100% to Bed King for ticking all the boxes - especially with Faith.
