The service was really surprising and amazing. The store manager Ashley was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help me. I've been to the store at the lower level, the service I got was really bad. The staff were stubborn and the guy that was helping just wanted to sell me a phone. I then when to the upper level branch and was helped by Ashley. He even apologized for the bad service at the other store. He was extremely helpful. He explained me in details and gave me options that suited me. After my contract was done he even called me to check if I have any issues. I will definitely be recommending the upper store to everyone

Had to get a phone cause unfortunately mine broke, was helped by a gentleman named Nishyl. His customer service is exceptional. I had outstanding documentation but he was extremely patient and really helpful. I went there with the intention to buy a specific phone, but I left there with an even better phone then I expected, thanks to Nishyl. He makes extra sure that you leave a satisfied happy customer.

Impeccable service provided by Nishyl, I arrived at the store late as he was about to close up but he still assisted. His advice on choosing a device that suited my needs is sincerely appreciated and effeciency of time impressive.

Kuben and the store manager are exceptional. For the 1st time our upgrade was completed with no hassle. Keep up the excellent service guys.

Rude, unhelpful and make you feel like you’re bothering them. Having to continuously call and check up with no indication of when anything will happen. When you call their employees to ask for information, they hang up the phone on you. Advertise deals which they have no stock for and then make you seem like you’re crazy for asking when stock will arrive. Truly regret dealing with this store. Would’ve rather went through another retailer. Disappointing.

Pathetic experience. All the staff seem to follow the same pattern of promising to call back and attend to an issue. But nothing happens after. They only care to get you to sign.

Opened a fraudulent account on my business account. 3 weeks down the line they still havent resolved this while i am being billed. No urgency or sense of responsibility in their errors. I have sent all the requested documentation they required to reverse this but nothing is getting resolved.
