RUDE ARROGANT STAFF members - What happened to the well mannered personnel you had at your store? The staff you have right now are useless and very rude. No name tags worn so that we can lodge formal complaint. They are busy on their personal calls or chatting with their colleagues no consideration nor service to your clients.

Fiber not working have logged a complaint still waiting after TWO WEEKS very bad service.
