Cell Cafe

Experienced really bad service, they don't keep you up to date with repairs, they take forever plus I feel like they take your money but got our goods back in an even worse off condition plus the problem isn't resolved! Wouldn't recommend using them.

My phone was stuck on bootloop the man that works there took a week to even attempt repair my phone, then when I went to check on it, he had stolen the original iphone battery and replaced it with a fake, he took the flex and also put in a cheap plastic screen, all of which I didn't ask for and wasn't informed of until I fetched my now paper weight phone. Right now I'm planning on opening a case cause what he did was basically theft amongst most things. He was also verbally abusive when I confronted him about this.

Very very pleased to have visited this store, although i came across a few problems, they were sorted out within the space of a week thamks to the owners high level of professionalism and genuine concern for clients. Dont waste your time looking for other cell repair shops where no quality is guaranteed, just visit CELL CAFÉ and have no regrets
