Poor service. Stand and wait for 15 min. Then asked how long it will take got told don't know..... very poor so glad not my service provider. Poor poor service to report a death. Been told to come to store then they can't assist. I must phone from mtn nr....I don't have one

Tried calling numerous times and numerous branches. 2 branches the number no longer exists, 1 branch has no number. Definitely no cusomer service with MTN. Not everyone’s queries can be dealt with on a automated service. Shocking!!!!!

Was truly hoping that this Mtn branch would be better. Didn’t think your service could be any poorer, you sure proved me wrong.

In store service is good however I am waiting for a call regarding delivery of my order. Tried calling, no answer.

The store has done a sim swap and not registered it on the system so my phone is still not linked on the MTN network and I cannot use it. It has been confirmed by the call center as not being registered for the swap. This issue has still to be resolved more than 24 hours later. Further to this i have been trying for 15 minutes to get through to the store 29/01/2015 following day and the line if permanently engaged

They don't answer their phone - not sure if they still exist?
