Sales department is very good. However repairing department has very low resources since it is the only department in Brussels, should be more people there !! like apple store in Brussels, do not go without an online appointment otherwise You have to wait lonnng time to repair your phone. People are very friendly.
I usually don't comment about bad services. But this one? the worst! imagine that it made me come here and post a bad comment that i never do. The staff was less than it should! days like that it should be at least 5 people working so the clients can be satisfied and not wait 45 minutes to add a color wrap in their phone.
Language skills poor, no dutch or not sufficient to assist. Willingness to help not exists. Came to buy new phone, watch, tablet and accessories but after this service i just had to leave because impossible. A shame that this is a Samsung Expierence Store.
I bought a new samsung s22 ultra, and I have problems with the battery. it doesn't last even a full day. I went to Samsung service and they said that everything is fine with my battery, although I explained the situation that after 2-3 hours of use my battery reaches 40-30%. It is unacceptable for a new phone of 1300 euros.
I bought sam s22 ultra ,which is restarting many time a day. I visited Samsung shop for warranty issue .which they diagnosed software issue which was completely wrong. I explained them that I used the same data with another Samsung mobile which hasn't any issue. I visited 4 times but the staff behaviour is completely unfriendly and unprofessional. My phone have still hardware issue and it is restarting many times when I used my phones ,I have videos also. I don't know what should I will do ? I have very bad experience regarding thier unprofessional behaviour.
The service here is just rude as said in the other comments. Though my phone was fixed for free, all my data was erased without telling me anything about it before. When I asked about this, I got "this is part of the procedure", not caring at all about it... and it was a battery problem. And they also lost the receipt of my phone, they just told me to get another one where I bought it... I'm happy that my phone got fixed but I would never recommend this place because of the way of service.

I was warned the personnel was rude before going and can confirm this. As I can see from other reviews here it is a common theme at their store particularly with the technical team and am extremely surprised to see that nothing has been done about it. The technicians are clearly not making an effort to improve their rating. Their policy is different according to the person you speak to, so check it in writing, don't trust their staff. Expect delays in repairs without apologies and expect to even be blamed for their own delays and for issues with your phone! The woman next to me came to collect her phone as she was told but it wasn’t ready. No apologies and no alternative was offered. The guy was rude and dismissed her completely. I would advise you to go somewhere else! I rarely write reviews as I can understand the challenges services face with their customers but this goes beyond the limits. Extremely poor service!
I had a great experience at that repair center. Came in for a broken screen on my Samsung Z fold 3. Took an appointment to drop it for repair, not even 5 hours later it was fully repaired and Samsung threw in a free battery replacement. Hervé was very helpful and efficient, both appointments were honored in time. Thanks!
