MTN Store - Noordhoek

The 1 star is for the poor staff who have to operate their IT system designed by the same people who developed the Home Affairs system! I had to wait 47 minutes with my 85 year old mother to upgarde her data contract. Had to come back the next day for another 90 minutes before it was finally activated

2 hour wait, but eventually got some fairly average service at best.

What a appalling bussiness MTN are its there system witch doesnt work . tried to renew my contract today .. Almost two hours in the shop and nothing to show for it...

It was a pleasant experience visiting this branch. The consultant Soraya Nagel was friendly, professional and meticulous in drawing up and explaining my new contract. The sit down service desk add a personal touch to the service.

Worst service. Staff work at a snails pace

Store was about to close but I was helped with a smile. Thank you MTN Longbeach Mall. You guys ROCK!!

awesome service though my contract took a bit long to be authorized due to technical glitches on my ID part, but credit must go to Siya for his excellent job and service with communication updates, that man is in a league of his own, thank you very much

Systems are often offline. Very long queues, however staff are friendly and helpful when you FINALLY get there. Not enough staff, half the clients end up walking out. No clear idea of whats going on when you walk in. Just clients sitting or standing around looking despondent. The few staff are stuck engaging with clients while everyone else stands around wondering what is going on. Forget trying to pop in and buy accessories - not worth the wait. No reply on the phone. The only way to follow up on issues/upgrades/etc is to go in and wait. As a store I would give a Zero, but the rating given is helped by the friendliness and helpfulness of the few staff.

The staff where friendly and very helpful. They sorted out my problem quickly.
