Tri-Tel TV & Audio Repairs

I've always recommended them and thought they're the best, until my TV became faulty exactly 3months & 4days after they repaired it, with the very same issue. I've taken it back to them and its been with them exactly 2 full weeks no proper communication except 'We'll call you back today - we are busy with it" up until now. I think since its a return job, mine isn't a priority anymore. Disgusting service.

Nice people, worst service I have received. I took a monitor in 25/03/2021. I followed up many times via call and in person but to no avail. I recently June 2022 tried to follow up with them and finally got word that the board was blown and irreparable. After numerous calls saying they would get back to me, they never ever did. I assume the google reviews are generically made as the reviews on facebook are similar to my story. Its unfortunate to listen to Zone radio repeating their advertisement with tri tel's very poor service. Tri tel...try tell me where my monitor is.
