The service at Mugg & Bean Mall@Reds is clearly outstanding as they were very busy today.  We were served by a trainee waiter, Bianca. She was very friendly, and informative explaining the items on the menu and re-assuring us during load-shedding. When we requested the bill, we also order something for home. I ordered love and said she can send a hug in my box instead of dessert...  She went through the trouble of writing an uplifting message on a receipt and put it in a take-away box that reads: "Love is all around you. You just need to open your eyes and heart to love. Have a lovely day!"  Thank you, Bianca for thinking on your feet, working so well under pressure and still being able to uplift your clients.

I was pleasantly surprised! Not the biggest M&B fan but think I found my new favorite breakfast. Was in the mood for eggs Benedict but found this carb free poached eggs with grilled tomatoes, avo, haloumi.. I ordered Hollandaise sauce on the side. It was delicious!Food: 5/5

I love the new delights they've added to their menu. And the bottomless "homemade" lemonade .  The portions are not as hectic and large as what they were.      Thank you, a wonderful spot. Breakfast all day . I love that there's no cut off for breakfast. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I always enjoy the food here, well prepared and presented. The service is always great, I've never had complaints in this establishment.

Had a fantastic brunch in their outdoor court at Mall@Reds which had an fantastic vibe  Great healthy veg menus at affordable prices  Fantastic customer service from staff to managers with great energy that came to check up on us regularly during our brunch at M&B  Definitely will be a regular go to for me when I’m shopping at M@R

This has to be THE BEST Mugg  & Bean I have been to! The staff are always friendly and efficient, the manager Leon is always available and friendly. The food is prepared so well and if there is ever an issue, it is sorted out efficiently. This is always my first choice for a coffee / light lunch / meal! They certainly could show a few of the other Mugg and Beans a thing or two about service, food preparation and presentation. Thank you Leon and team :-  Vegetarian options: Try the Asian BBQ Cauliflower bites - they are delicious!!

This is my favourite place to eat at! Love everything about them! Their staff is friendly,  management is friendly, atmosphere is really calming & relaxed! Their food and cakes is to die for!!!Food: 5/5
