Yesterday I walked into Music Experience to buy my first guitar. I had a budget and a rough idea of what I thought I wanted. I was greeted warmly by Jeandre and showed around all the different guitars before being encouraged to try several different ones in my price range. I was offered friendly advice, showed some basic chords and encouraged to take as long as I needed to be happy with my decision. Ultimately, I left with a new guitar in a sturdy case and a huge grin on my face. Nothing unnecessary was offered and I was never pushed to spend more than I'd planned. I left feeling like I'd been a valued client for years, and that is just what I will become. Even though they're slightly out of my way, I will make the effort to drive through for all my future musical needs and I'll definitely recommend them to anybody.

Extremely happy with the purchase. Excellent customer service and advice. They were patient and understanding when helping my 9yr and 11yr old kids choose an instrument. Allowed the kids to get a feel of the different instruments, explained future maintenance costs and recommended alternate options outside of their store. Also, did not try and just make a sale. Preferred not to sell us an instrument if they could foresee it being a waste of time. Well worth supporting this phenomenal team!

I have made two major purchases from Music Experience in the last few weeks. The service that I received from Jeandre on both occasions was excellent. He and Werner went out of their way to help, even delivering a set of electronic drums to my son and setting them up, all in the space of an hour. I will certainly use them for any future purchases and can recommend them to anyone in need of any musical gear, be it online or in person.

Great service and deals on quality products. One of the guys bad with names sorry gave me a tour of all their coolest guitars when I was just there to buy something else for my husband. Very friendly, professional yet laid-back personnel.

The BEST boutique guitar and keyboard store in CT. Best gear I’ve seen in SA along with the best staff and service. Saved me a good couple hundred bucks with free rack screws that were impossible to find. Highly recommended!

Wesley Williams has consistently been so helpful and thoughtful. Each time I need something for my production setup he's made sure to deliver it. I'm really grateful to the folks over there for what they've done for me. The store is amazing and a fun place to visit. People are awesome.

I have bought stuff from Music experience twice. A few years ago I went in there to find a bass guitar and after 30 minutes with the attentive staff guiding me through the options that fit my budget I walked out with a great guitar. Today I ordered an item from their online shop in the late morning and it arrived at my home in the afternoon. Couldn't recommend this shop more.

An amazing store with inedible, vibey kind knowledgeable staff! We lost track of time enjoying the wide range of stunning guitars and chatting music with the wonderful musicians working there. Highly recommend!
