Worst experience customer service. Asked one of the staff if I can fit on a swimming costume item and she told me straight that she doesn't know, asked her to find out as other places you are allowed to. 2 other staff also said they don't know. Asked them again if they could please find out but I was left on the floor while they got busy with their own things. Absolutely distasteful service. It's simple yes or no question.
One othe shop attenders , a lady who is light in complexion with blonde hairpiece and glasses , shouted bluntly that the shop is closed and we need to go because they are done sweeping ,we are only making it dirty and not buying all said in Xhosa maybe she thought we wont hear her .. She shouted at one customer with a kid that she will beat her because she had told her what she said was rude . Evn said she can wait outside snd fight her . LUCY i thnk was her name , came to e rescue and was very polite and apologised for the other lady's unproffessional behaviour
Staff decided not to pen at 08h00, rather they would open the store at 09h00
Very bad service have been waiting for my parcel for a week,l got the message to collect at 5:01 arrived at 5:08 told they were closed!Their website says they close at 5:30!Not using the delivery service again!
