Absolutely shocking service. no one answers a phone. unless you select sales then 1 ring and they try sell you something. my printer was dropped off for repairs a week ago. cannot get through to anyone to give me an update or even a quote to get it repaired. seems like a well managed business congrats - you should be proud...
Do not become a dealer here. Sales staff have a bad attitude, you will get transferred on hold multiple times simply because nobody wants to assist. Average time to get call answered is 5min, average time from when call is answered to actually being helped is 40min, 15 of those 40min you're being transferred around the company from reception to sales. All blind transfers to add fuel to the fire. Just stay away from this company at all cost. There are many alternatives with better service. If I could rate this at -10 I would.
My 5 months old inverter started to acting up, often not holding the charge. I contacted Christina from service and she told me it was still under the warranty and was very helpful and prompt in helping me. I took my inverter in on Monday and she assured me via email that it will be taken care of, and she was not even at the office! They replaced the batteries and tested them while Christina and Mustek informing me several times a day of every stage of the repair. And I got it back on Wednesday Morning It was actually ready Tuesday afternoon. It has been 2 weeks since and the inverter is working perfectly fine. This inverter is a very important piece of "appliance" of mine and thank you Christina and Mustek for minimising my wifi downtime.
I have been trying to order since January and I have sent numerous emails to various people and either I get rereferred back to the same people or my emails are ignored. I have requested to speak to a manager that will attend to my business but it seems that my emails are not forwarded to management. I would like to know if it is common practice to run a business like this. In our company treating clients like this will be dealt with appropriately.
The worst service I could have ever received. No one has a clue of what is going on. I have been blatently lied to about the fact that the laptop was ready for collection, suddenly it is not ready. I have not come across a single person who has received any kind of half decent service. Fire all the staff and start again.
Been dealing with them for some time now. I have had these problems since day one. Their customer service is pathetic. Their sales staff is pathetic. And their OTP system via sms doesn't work for me. It's very frustrating trying to place an order. I have to check, check again and re-check my orders to make sure they are correct! And to make sure my back orders arrive. It takes me more than 2 days sometimes more to place, pay and finalise an order. I'm trying to stick to one sales person as to build up a relationship but they can't seem to do that either. I'm so fed up.
I must pay a huge complement to the Service Department. Christina, Andile and Austen delivered exemplary service efficiency to me with my 1Kw Inverter which Christina advised was under warranty until 7 July 2023. They replaced the battery which was not holding its charge and main board. Well done to all, thank you, keep up the Gr8 work and Customer Relationship, you Guyz were Gr8.
If you buy a product which happens to be faulty right out of the box, rather sell it for scraps. If you drop it off at Mustek for repairs they will never return your item. Mine has been there for months now. Now, the phone number doesn’t ring- it just cuts off instantly. Worst company ever. Maybe they are closing down? Who knows And I have to add that in my opinion, all any rating above 2 stars is probably written by their own staff. No one can have such low standards.
Shocking service, they have grown too big. MY quote was emailed to the wrong email address... though it was correct on the repair form. They located the wrong device when followed up. Then they sent quote, basically 1 month wait for repair. The quality of the entry level laptops have dropped considerably , problem after problem..... This was my 3rd Mecer laptop, will not be buying one again
I had a problem .. my inverter ekectrical cover was stolen. And the friendly service I received from the repairs department was amazing. They also sorted out my problem.. Thanks Mustek
