I am receiving the same statement over and over again for the past year even though I paid them last year in July. This is especially frustrating as they informed me that they are fully covered by the medical aid at the time of the service. In addition, I I being sent letters of final demand. They leave me no other choice but to note a public review for unprofessional services.
