Nedbank Ballito

Wow! What a difference in service to other banks. Was there Saturday morning and just before opening time the staff actually came out, and asked everyone in the queue what they were there for. They then inform you where to go, and who will be able to assist. I was helped by the very courteous, friendly and efficient Prenisha. Prenisha thank you for going the extra mile and making my banking with Nedbank a pleasure. You sorted my query with professionalism and a smile. Thank you kindly. And to the manager Maya, you are doing a great job with your staff and customer service. Kind regards Jonah

Never in my life have I experienced such terrible service from any bank. Samantha has messed up my finances, and her manager just doesn't care at all. I wish I could rate them negative

I hate nedbank with passion, very poor service I experience today at Ballito branch, I asked the consultant to update my contact number only to find out he didn't, I don't have a card and can't access my funds, can't use Nedbank app because of the old number.. very very poor service Nedbank incompetent people

Poor slow service. Only one teller! Long wait just to collect a card! Nedbank need to get with the times and deliver cards.

Super poor service. Taking way to long to assist and to get to there clients. Been first in line for about 20 min and still waiting. Would not recommend.

The staff was friendly enough, the que and waiting time was however almost 2 hours. That was just to go to the teller
