The only commercial bank branch open for business on Sundays in Lesotho. This makes it easy for customers to transact with the banks especially when they need to deposit hard cash or cash cheques in an economy that still relies on hard cash to do daily transactions. However, bureau exchange services are not part of services provided here.

The Teyateyaneng branch has the worst employees. They make customers sit the whole day without assisting them and at the end of the day tell them to come back the next day and still behave the same way. The employees are extremely rude and very unprofessional.

The Kingsway branch has the slowest and worst service, the tellers are extremely slow and have completely no regard for efficiency in deadling with customers, they prioritize chatting amongst themselves instead of actually serving the customers.
