Nedbank Three Rivers

No backup power. Closed when the web page shows open. Pathetic service and branch.

I received the best service from Ashwin Mothate at Nedbank Three Rivers . He promised to give me a call once my matter was resolved since he tried when I was on site but couldn't get it through because some people who were set to authorize were somehow not available. He followed up very early in the morning and called me as promised that my matter was resolved. He called me at 8h45, how efficient. Thank you very much as this was a matter of urgency. Your service is highly appreciated.

Worst Bank ever! No service! Was told to sit down and wait just to open a bank account, was waiting for over 1 hour and had no service whatsoever. Not even got asked if I've been helped or assisted. Would not recommend Nedbank to anyone!!!

Terrible service received at this branch. After waiting 4 hours in a queue we were told we cannot be assisted as the person that needed to confirm the funds who by the way works for Nedbank was in a meeting. Totally unacceptable.

Worst bank in sa only 1 teller no service. Close this branch bank, manager needs to be fired.

There is only one teller at the counter. I turned back 4 times after waiting in the queue for 20 min outside the bank while there's lots of people in the bank waiting to be helped. This is not how it's supposed to be done. It is so time consuming..
