Juan went above and beyond to accommodate me with an appointment at very short notice. I was in a lot of pain prior to the massage, and Juan did an excellent job of releasing a ton of tension in my back and neck. This is the first time I’ve been pain free in weeks - I almost cried at the relief on my way home. Thank you Pure Massage. I will definitely be back!

We return to Pure Message everytime we visit Mbombela during a training camp. My daughter is an Elite swimmer and their treatments works wonders during these hell weeks of training. In January 2023 I needed treatment while in Mbombela. I couldn't use my left arm due to disabling spasms. After one treatment 70% use returned and by the following  day  %. I was truly amazed. We are now planning "weekend getaways" to Mbombela from Johannesburg Gauteng as an excuse to get treatment. Great couple, highly experienced and highly recommended.

I always enjoy my massages with Juan. He's amazing! The facilities are great! The service is so professional, and they keep time. Pure massage Studio is the best in town and their rates are very reasonable.

Their massage is very good. They communication is commendable. I was impressed when they actually made a follow up after their massage. However one strange thing that happened is that when we got to the massage room taking off clothes preparing for the massage the Masseuse told us to keep the pants on. Okay I thought let me observe and see, then when the masseur came he started massaging me with the pants on then I had to ask why am I being massaged with my pants on? Then he also looked surprised and only then I took off the pants.  I just didn’t want to cause tension by saying she said we shud keep the pants on. That part was very offish. But otherwise I have no complains with the quality of the massage.

Excellent service from the time of initial contact, making booking and the massage. Located in a very accessible place. Soothing music, professional masseuse and impeccable facilities. Post-massage Juan also advised me on some  on some easy exercises to relieve tension in shoulders and arms. Lots of small businesses could learn a thing or two, about great service from this place!

Juan and Kirsten are simply in a league of their own. My weekly appointment day is; unequivocally, the very BEST day of any week by far!
