Wonderful, friendly and kind assistance from Mr Elliot Hlabane this morning when I had to report a car accident. My husband and I were taken out of the queue and assisted immediately. This is much appreciated, as we are seniors and I was still shaky after the accident. Thank you!

What a disgrace. A bunch of illiterate “cops” with zero comprehension skills . Running the police station like a person favour place for people they know. You only need to come here to understand why our country is becoming a failing state .

Honestly the most shocking service. The lady at the main counter was so rude, this is the second time that we got shown away, simply because the people that are meant to be on duty, simply aren't. This place is simply not willing to help. If I could, I would rate them 0 stars.

No Stars! What a DISGRACE!!! We had an attempted break-in on Saturday morning the 22nd 2019, at around 2:30 am. We tried phoning the most obvious SAPS contact number 10111 number no longer exists, then tried 112 and after several attempts we eventually got through to someone and explained what was happening, we were told they would send police officers and guess what.............. they NEVER arrived, nor did they attempt to contact us. Appalling Service!

Worst worst service ever. Why do you have phones that never get answered and if they do the service department refuse to assist on matters or are too incompetant and pretend to speak whilst faking end conversation then hang up! When will the goverment enforce systems and the correct people that actually work for the nation and people. Please employ officers to the force that can actually attend to issues and services more professionally.

Heartbreaking to say....Contact number never works tried 3 days in a row! Half the police staff walk around aimlessly chatting and socializing rather than attending the public in need queuing at the desk with emergencies.

Unhelpful, rude and couldn’t even help with something simple

Didn't assist me and didn't speak to me in English so I was unable to communicate.

Waited 1 hour, 10 minutes, ONLY for a new Accident Report book... ...only to be told that someone forgot the key somewhere...
