Have been trying to order contact lenses for almost a month now. We have to follow up with the store every time as they do not call back as they promise. The fact that you are struggling with your suppliers does not mean you can keep your customers in the dark. This is just plain bad customer service so I would advise you to stay away. Update: Have been contacted by owner to resolve issue. Thanks for quick response.
