I am very enthusiastic about the professional and friendly advice I received during my visit 3 weeks ago. It was explained in a very understandable way, also for laypeople, what the many impressive devices stand for and what corrections or diseases I have to reckon with in the future. Done a super job, always recommendable. I am extremely happy with my new glasses. Over all 100%
Phoned to inquire about contact lenses availability in stock. Was assured they had my brand and in stock. Arrived the next day to be declined. They took my details the day before on the phone. I showed them them the 4 minutes phone call to their number the day before, after which they still declined it occurred to any of them. Very unprofessional and an absolute waste of time. Why would you lie if you could just explain......

I had my eyes measured by Andre v d Merwe. i waited more than 2 weeks for my glasses - when it arrived I was served by Heidi. I complained that my vision was all wobbly and was told I have to get used to new glasses - I tried to get used to them but realised it is impossible. Took the glasses back after I spoke to my optometrist in Johannesburg. The 2 frames were not aligned - on the glass in the frame to position of the eye must be indicated with a permanent pen as all people are different. When the glasses are collected a basic eye test must be done to make sure it is correct - not done - was told I have to get used to the new glasses. Discovery preferred supplier - I received substandard testing and glasses, returned the glasses - please make sure you get professional treatment when you go!
