I can't say enough good things about my experience here!  Johan's knowledge is mind-blowing, and yes, eye opening, and he really took the time to explain everything to me in a way that made sense.  The whole team was super friendly and made me feel right at home.  Thank you!!!

I would recommend Johan van Zyl as he is very knowledgeable and he has a passion for his job and patients. He is the only person that I trust to test my eyes as the prescription of lenses is always 100% correct. He is the best Optometrist ever.

The staff are very friendly and helpfull. They do look into your budget and try to suit your needs. They really do take care of your eyes and do a decent eye test. Thank you very much!!

I would be happy to recommend Johan van Zyl. My impression was that he is very knowledgeable and experienced, and I appreciated that he took time to explain things. I felt that I got exactly the right help for my eyes, which were very tired and sore from computer work. I previously had a bad experience with a different optometrist- I got new glasses but just couldn’t get used to them and it turned out to be a big waste of money. It was such a relief when Johan easily identified the right prescription and the right frames for me, along with some other things that would help. My eyes are definitely feeling better.

I appreciate the nearly 6 years of personal and professional newly found sight with Johan and his team. Nicky is always friendly and helpful with the final touches and after sale service. Welcome to the team Michelle. I have and always will recommend JJ van Zyl as an optometrist as I value my  care.
