I can advise any business owner to come and learn customer service from NH Optometrist. Sometimes you get lucky and receive good service should you catch someone on a good day. The staff here must really never have a bad day as they have not dropped the ball once since I have started doing business with them. Well done guys! Very well done.

Always a great experience. Quality and professional advice. Everyone so friendly and helpful. Always kept me informed on the progress of my lenses. No complaints. I also liked the follow up email to check if my specs are still ok and invited me for regular cleaning of my lenses.

I've been a customer for many years and the glasses that I get here are always excellent. Recently I crunched my glasses in an accident and needed new frames as a matter of urgency. Andrew found new frames that were close to my old ones, arranged with the lens makers, Hoya, to have the lenses modified and fitted in double quick time and did it all with cheerful professionalism and consideration for the urgency of the job. I'll definitely be going back for a long time to come.

Excellent service!  Always greeted with a smile.  Eye tests are done with such attention to detail and explained every step of the way.  I have never had a bad experience at NH optometrist and will highly recommend them to anyone

I went here for the first time last week and I had a great experience. Professional, friendly and really good examination with checks to ensure my eyes are healthy. Will definitely stick them them and will also start taking my two younger kids for annual eye checks. Thanks so much and I can't wait to get my new glasses!

I have never quite experienced satisfactory customer service as I have at NH. The small personal touches goes a long way. The staff are always friendly and are extremely experienced with specials etc. The eye exam is extremely thorough and you leave there feeling that they have got your back! Would definitely recommend to all.

Just consistently brilliant service !  There have been too many examples of when they have just outshone everybody else with respect to , well, everything!  I could write a book on the positive experiences but the bottom line is , they deliver , they are very attentive, they offer excellent advice at affordable prices. I see no reason to ever go to anybody else. Two thumbs up from me.
