I started wearing spectacles at age 7 grade 2, now I’m 30 years old. I’ve been transferred from one eye specialist to another by my optometrist and I’ve never seen and received such best results and explanation about my vision than Neovision optometrist did. I’d change Lanses year after year, eye test after another with no best results. I fully recommend this place, however have your pocket deeper and it’ll be worth it
I’d been on a safari in Tanzania and somehow my titanium frames were badly bent out of shape. There was nowhere to go for repairs till Cape Town, and I stopped here based on good reviews. Not only were repairs made efficiently and proficiently, it was done with a smile! I have severe astigmatism, and had struggled through five days of seriously strained eyes. It’s nerve wracking when your glasses have to be repaired in the MIDDLE of a trip! My eyes are so happy tonight - thank you for helping out a traveler with kindness and expertise!
Huge thanks to Werner and his team for the eight-week vision therapy programme which I viewed as ‘gym for the eyes.’ This has been an excellent addition to my superb service experience from Neo Vision at the Cape Town Waterfront under Werner's leadership and guidance. I found the 8-week course immensely challenging but well worth doing ‘noticed great improvements in the quality of my vision. I particularly appreciated the team’s meticulous attention to detail, tracking and monitoring. I found the online programme very well put together and easy to follow. Werner and his team are absolute professionals! I have experienced the best vision therapy sessions that have changed the way I take care of my eyes. He is articulate, well-spoken and incredibly knowledgeable in what he does. I 100% recommend his services especially if you do not see clearly or have eye problems.
Werner and his team were amazing and I'm really glad I decided to visit them. They were very thorough and the feedback report on my appointment was incredibly helpful. Everyone in my family has glasses and have all been to different optometrists but none of them have had the same high level of service as I did at Neovision Waterfront.
Loved the tranquil feel at Neovision in the Waterfront. They are very efficient and affordable. I got my spectacles and sunglasses within a week!

The vision therapy experience was very helpful for my daughter. The playful nature of the therapy made her enjoy it very much, even for a strong willed child :. Werner is very thorough in his assessments and I feel comfortable with his advice and methods. The whole team is always hepful and friendly.
I had a good experience with my eye test and the staff. Everything was in a reasonable price range. Well worth. Would definitely recommend and go back again.
My experience at Noevision Waterfront was amazing , they were both professional and efficient the service is great from front desk to consultation, I would highly recomend this practice.Oh and the most beautiful frames also available
