Best service EVER! The receptionist and optometrist is very friendly and professional. The receptionist sticks to her word. If she say she will phone you back, she will phone you back! Optometrist explained things beautifully. They were very helpful when choosing a frame as well, and not forgetting they offer the best packages that caters to everyone's budget. I live in the Southern Suburbs, and I will definitely drive all the way over and over again for this amazing service I received.
Amazing experience today at Neovision. From the moment of entering, the receptionist was very welcoming and accommodating. The optometrist was extremely friendly, and did not rush with me. She took her time and made the consultation worth every minute, doing comprehensive tests to check for things like glaucoma. I even got an offer for trial contact lenses.
I have never been happier getting new glasses..Lezaane and Edwina made the whole experience a pleasure...my first time using Neovision but will not be my last. I highly recommend them to anyone for great customer service.
