Elsie has done such a great job at putting us at ease. She is very gentle and patient, which kept our toddler calm whilst she tested his eye.

I just love this team and the fantastic client service they deliver - from the phone call to make an appointment and all the way to the collection of your glasses and contactlenses. Always friendly and kind, always going the extra mile!

I experienced the definition of fantastic service. They took the time to explain every step of a basic eye test to me. They were also very thorough and made sure I was comfortable throughout my consultation. I could not recommend this place enough!

The best Optometrists in the Cape! Professional, friendly and thorough exams. They have tested my 5year old and 9year olds eyes with such ease, patience and friendliness. Would highly recommend their team. Thank you for such amazing service.

Wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Been going there for more than a decade and can honestly say there is no one else I would rather go to. Friendly staff and great service. I would highly recommend.

Only good things to say about BMD Optometrists. I'm the first to admit to being a bit of a pedantic patient. Doesn't faze George, who is always patient and professional with me. Hats off to Stephen too who keeps the whole machine running flawlessly, with a smile!

They took care of me after having measles at age 38. Their advice showed that they cared about me and not just about making a sale. When it came time for me to get glasses they once again assisted me and have done so since. Even repaired my sunglasses after 4 years at no cost. A local business with a personal touch.
