I ordered over wattsapp and while still giving my order while driving I asked if I can come collect at the same time as we stopped and went in my full rooti was ready and I must say I was very nice we enjoyed as it wasn't over spiced or over sauced 10out of 10 was very much enjoyed keep up satisfying your customers Food: 5/5

The best Akni in the Southern Hemisphere. I've recently tried their milktart and was impressed. I once tried their Pizza, but not a fan. I am a regular customer for the Akni on Sunday and can say this is the best Akni I've had.

Really and honestly the WORST takeaways place I have ever order from. 2 pizzas and a order of chips. Presentation and taste was so poor! The chips was worse than the pizza, I would not have given that to a homeless hungry person, I just threw it away. I still get a turn in my stomach when I think back. Never again

Had a real upsetting experience with Nice and Sweet Retreat this evening. I placed the order for delivery at 20:39 received my order ONLY at 22:30. I then called twice during the waiting period for the delivery. No one could get hold of the driver. They then called me to say that the driver was at the complex but at the incorrect unit. Why? Cause someone took down half of my address after i asked twice if she's got it. When the driver returned he advised that he couldn't call me cause his phone is on charge at the shop. Well that would help hey !! So i get the food that was cold by the time opened it and not in a good state. And start eating to get to the middle of everything looking for everything else that comes on a FULL HOUSE MASALA STEAK GATSBY just to find steak and chip with salad!!!! ???? I mean i paid for a full house.... I then tried calling them on 2 numbers no one picks up i mean no one after so many attempts they ignored my calls. And its not the first time im ordering from them I lost my appetite at the same time VERY DISAPPOINTED Not sure if i will promote them like i used to before

In my experience to ensure that you get what you expect, you need to be very specific on how you want your order. Pizza can be underdone with not too fresh toppings. Fries also undercooked on most things. The standard has dropped immensely since they started. Literally went from 5 to 2 on an average quality level. What's good? Akhni on a Sunday. Tikka is nicely spiced and cooked. Cakes are really good when fresh. Garlic bread and rolls are also good. I've received really bad customer service when ordering on the WhatsApp number and that also cost them a . Call ahead on a busy day and go collect or you may order to be delivered.

This place is so so ....ok. I always end up there when every other bakery is out of reach and for that reason its number 1 and the foods and pizzas they have are amazingly delicious except for the price of their food sold at the door outside. Catering for a community like retreat I dont think their food prices are fair. The cakes are very very attractive and pretty to look at and I love their scones and donuts BUT. .one day I popped in to get some emergency cakes for my mom's wedding anniversary and when I asked the well known gentleman behind the counter whether it was cheesecake I was looking at as it came in strawberry ..chocolate and lemon colors...he said yes. I immediately asked for 3 of each so that I dont go empty handed to my mom besides everything else I purchased there. The little coconut tartlets was also so pretty. Upon getting to my mom everyone was so excited to see all this prettiness and I was very chuffed with myself feeling all cool but then they ate it and laughed at me saying that it's not cheese cake but a flavoured kind of instant pudding flavoured cake and the tartlet which was supposed to be filled with coconut was a massive pastry with extremely little coconut sprinkled on the top then browned in the oven to look gorgeous. Really now! My whole family left it on the table with my bruised ego.. The decor is great but I even stopped buying anything there. This bakery is so convenient and the staff so polite and friendly and I wish I never had this occurence but I am heartbroken as to the quality of its produce. They do delivery too should anyone be interested in their pizzas.

I really can't see how this service could even reach 1star. People who rate are either drunk or don't know food at all. This place offer us garbage, cold food, sogging wet rolls from the sauces, and awaiting time of up to 3hrs, delivery are suppose to be free, but the delivery-guy ask for a tip. This is pathetic. I call during the 3hrs and I Neva get a answer.Issit because we are coloured? No...please give better service..
