Whoever is the store manager there short big lady bought her promotion or something. The staff will lie about stock probably keeping for themselves to buy with a discount whereas normal people who can pay the WHOLE amount must be lied to and turned away. Poor poor service
Prices at these named stores are insane. If you want the name.... That said service here was amazing. Caroline went out of her way to find the track suit and size wanted for a friend based on a vague description. Thanks

Everytime I go here I get swarmed by employees. There is a big difference between assisting customers and being overbearing. This is of course not the employees' fault, but management's and lack of proper training. Even when I say no thanks I don't need any help they still follow me around the store like they expect me to shoplift. I would expect some privacy in the dressing room but every 20 seconds someone would come ask me something or even bring clothes that I didn't ask for to try on. Yesterday I walked out of the store and won't be going back.

I was here today to by some kicks. The services was great and and I was happy with my purchase. Everything was smooth. I'm more with how the ladies treated me.
Went to get the new black and white dunks that dropped yesterday 13 February 2021. I met a few friends there and just because I new them the manager wouldn’t allow me to get the shoe for myself. I met 5 friends there and as a group we were only allowed to get 1 pair. The rule is “one pair per person” we were all paying separately so I don’t know what was the problem. The manger was shouting at us and did not want to hear what we had to say, she was very disrespectful, Poor service Nike family. Extremely frustrated and dissatisfied with the store and Nike as a brand, they should seriously obey their rules rather than mangers making up their own rules on the day.
Excellent service from two young ladies on duty this afternoon. Store was also well laid out despite the sale!
Very nice and caring staff, I'm so grateful to have tried on the Nike Alfafly next% shoes and to run with them in the shop. Thanks a lot for your support.
