Visiting from out of town and wanted to use the spinning bikes. The staff made the visitors entry process quick and smooth. Special thanks to sales consultant Craig for helping me. The gym seemed to offer a good variety of cardio and weight equipment. The gym was busy, but didn’t feel crowded, even during peak hours.

Love it!  I love a nice clean and neat gym.  This one does not disappoint.  It is very spacious with a Lovey pool and loads of difference areas to train.  The staff is always very helpful and friendly.  The equipment is fairly new and well maintained.  It is always clean...  The best is there is an amazing view across the city to take your attention away from the pain...  They sell day membership for approx £20 per day!  Well  worth it!

Really well maintained Virgin Active. With amazing views overlooking the parkview/Greenside area. The gym gets really busy during peak hours which makes it difficult to train efficiently. They need to consider increasing popular equipment used or utilising the outdoor space that they have to add more gym equipment.

The staff are friendly, approachable, always professional and they know their work. Facilities are clean, plenty of machines and the views all around make the workouts worth it. I usually go there to swim my laps in the swimming pool with relaxing views that overlook much of the northern suburbs. I just wish the pool water was a little cleaner; some things floating there that should not be. The restaurant which is just behind reception, adjacent to the swimming pool, offers hearty and healthy meals as well as very good coffee so you have something to look forward to after your workout. Also, there are multiple plug points which make for a convenient workstation if you happen to have a laptop or tablet with you. The gym bunnies there are quite friendly too be it in the pool or by the weight section.

Please note that this is not a review on the gym but on the stallion security at the entrance to the gym parking. The gym itself is fantastic.  Security guard named Steven obtained name from another security guard was very rude when my ticket fell out of the machine and onto the floor due to the wind and starting making comments that I’m too slow and must be faster when all I was doing was asking for help. Furthermore when asking what his name was he refused to provide it.  Stallion security needs to train this pathetic individual to be more respectful or get rid of him. All other security guards are decent and it only this one rotten apple that is the problem.  This event happened on 14/05/23 at around 10am. Please contact me if you want more information.

Very nice gym. It is upstairs with a magnificent view. You need to catch a lift from the parking which could be dicey in 'load shedding'.

Greta facilities, outdoor area, pool, specified studios. The equipment is new and up to date. Great shower and change rooms. They have a health food bar too, which services great food and smoothies etc. Parking is free under 2 hours, but parking can be tough in peak training times. Conveniently located near the Gautrain and business centre.

Just visiting from cape town and very impressed with the gym. It’s got quite. A big space and is quiet over lunch time. They have a very modern look and feel and have everything you need to train. The staff are personable and friendly with a professional attitude. Would definitely come here again. Highly recommend

I guess nice gym. But the „Sales Consultant“ was not there so I was not able to get a one month contract. Drove here for absolutely nothing. The facility managers are very friendly but the staff at the reception are not customer orientated.

Seriously dissapointed with Rosebank VA. Their systems have been down for the past 2 weeks which requires manual sign in. As a Discovery Vitality member I require my visits to be uploaded to get my points and rewards. When I addressed this with the front desk personnel today it was simply dismissed and there was absolutely no attempt to rectify it. Rosebank generally has a 'Couldnt Care' attitude based on similar past experiences. Not a manger in sight and even when I emailed him in the past, my mails were not responded to. Clearly time for new managemet!!
