Irfaan was extremely unprofessional to work with and they did a finance application on a vehicle for me just to then sell the vehicle and damaging my credit score by unnecessarily doing a credit application on my name without checking that the car was actually available. Then he said he would find me another car just to go silent for more than 3 days and then when I told him he has not got back to me and I don’t feel happy working with them, he told me the feeling was mutual that he did not care to help me find a car. I do not suggest anyone work with Irfaan at nmi or the dealership at all.
excellent indeed, seldom do you get the parts you want immediately, it's always the next day or week. however, these guys had stock always, incredible indeed.
Pity cannot do less than one star. Battery problem on a GLE.. apparently going to take a week to diagnose.. This is an absolute joke.
The worst possible experience I had with the parts department. Waited 20 minutes for nothing. Paid and ordered for a part 2 weeks ago. Part was in Germany. Went to collect the part after receiving an SMS to collect. Salesperson told me to go next to cashier to collect. I was told to wait. There was no other customers present. Waited for 20 min then enquired. Was then told to pay R101.00.Called the Salesperson and he admitted that cashier made a mistake. Will not visit this place again.
I waited 1 hour for a technician to come see me for a simple matter which took less than 2 minutes to explain. Technician wrote his name next to mine as if he completed his job, without seeing me. Unprofessional!
Vehicle care is not bad but you can wait long at times. I had to replace engine mountings and it was done well but the key-remote's sinc was out and the Head Mechanic nor the Service Manager could fix it!!
terrible. brought car in at 7am to honour a booking on tuesday morning. came back at 3pm to be told parts never come in and will be in shortly and vehicle will be ready at 16h30. was told at 16h30 wrong parts came in correct parts would come in yesterday and i must bring car in at 7am today. was phoned at 17h45 yesterday to say car must come in at 13h00 today and will be ready by 15h00 today. i dropped car off at 12h00 and came in now only to be told parts have not come in yet and will be in by 15h00. service here is shocking for a premium motor vehicle.
Coming from Pretoria Wonder boom, I was used to customer service beyond excellence. The receptionist sounded like she hadn't slept for a week, I ordered a part and the consultant couldn't care to walk to my vehicle to get a VIN number, no hello, how are you, it seemed like they were all having a bad day which seemed to last forever. The reception area in the service division is noisy, confusing and disruptive with staff having conversations. With each other while customers are waiting to book their vehicles in. The mechanics also don't have any kind of customer service pride. The way in which the service section is laid out is absolutely confusing. My vehicle was held from 8.30am to 16.45pm and the only thing that was done was that the vehicle was washed. This branch should be shut down, you have no pride in the brand. Take a lesson from your Pinetown branch and Pretoria Wonder boom is just about the best dealership in the country.
Terrible service. Makes me regret buying a Mercedes. My vehicle has been at Mercedes for over a week, not once have they phoned me to give an update as to why it has taken so long for the mechanism on my back window to be fixed. I have to call them to get an update. It is a newly bought Mercedes, my first ever, and I completely regret going with this brand purely based on their poor customer service!
took my car more than four times for the rain-sensor. Constant conflicting stories from the service advisor and mobile PG Glass. It's replaced/nothing wrong/connected incorrectly/....... What happened to service integrity? You guys are giving Merc a BAD!!!!!! name!!!!!! I've waiting for the workshop manager to return my call!!
