North End Post Office

Don`t waste your time trying to get your car license sorted out here; only brokers in front of the queue. Normal people get told to wait outside on the bench and will be called inside; yeah right

Not the best.....was sitting in the queue waiting to register my vehicle, but preference was given to people who I assume the post office officials know. I heard the official tell her "friend" that she first has to help the singles in the queue before she can help the walk infriend. Yet the official was busy for an hour with the walking "friend" while the queue kept getting longer......corruption or favoritism...

Please note - ZERO STARS.... Pathetic service. They never answer their phone. Got there and a young girl was chatting to the staff - she was so loud that I had to "shout" my tracking number to the guy who tried to assist me. The young girl and the rest of the staff looked at me as if I did something wrong. Chatting about personal business whilst you have to wait to be served.

So I received a notice to pick up and registered letter, I went down last Friday to North End post office, stood there for 40 to 45 minutes they couldn't find my letter or parcel. They told me to leave my number with the tracking number, which I did still have not received a call. Phoned several times nobody picks up the phone. The service is disgraceful so now what do I do now go stand and wait for them to stand looking at me telling me they cannot find it. What service delivery is this?

Terrible Service. I suspect other dealings: we're the first to come in but the tellers are already printing out some discs and also give preference to motor dealers over single transactions like change of ownership, disc renewals or deregistration. So unpleasant. Teller named Mbali took a dealer's "Ivani"forms just in front of me when she was supposed to serve me, mind you this ivan was like the5th person after me. But anyway it's just the South Africa we live in.

Im am disgusted by there services. The lady who assisted me was very rude and disrespectful. She used covid as an excuse. I requested to speak to the Manager but to my surprise she also didnt seem to know customer service, how to follow protocol or how to handle situations like above. There's so many people without work and here you are treating people the way you feel like. Sies! I won't recommend anyone to North End Post Office Port Elizabeth, I will definitely send my complain to customer service!

I arrived at the North End Post office to transfer ownership of a motorcar this morning at 8:45. It's 11:30 and I've only moved up 3 positions. There's no seperate que for dealers and individuals. The dealers register multiple vehicles, then go sit in the front of the que again. A tooth extraction is less pain than sitting in que at this post office.

Poor services and they dont care about people, and their first preference its people that are speaking Afrikaans. They don't even bother to translate for those who do not understand.

Very bad. Other people inside with stacks of renewals. 1 person takes around a hour to complete. Pathetic, corrupted

Needs at least one more dealer counter as this will help the normal individual just trying to renew a single license..we also have jobs to get back to.
