Waited for AGES for any assistance, even though the manager knew I was here as she had seated me. Eventually had to stand up and get the managers attention. In a country where service delivery should be foremost, this branch seems to have taken the example our govt sets and doesn't have any.
Friendly staff and good menu selection.
The original waitress disappeared after bringing our drinks. Another customer fell and hit into my daughter - sending her flying into the table, a different waitress rushed to assist him and never bothered to check on my daughter who was in tears. The ice coffee she ordered was disgusting, I pointed this out to the waitress and she took it back but still charged for it, only 2 sips were taken out of it. Very disappointing, and the restuarant wasn't even busy. I will not be going back.
Their food is the best of all Wimpies. Great.Food: 5/5
Worst experience ever at The Bridge Wimpy, I was there with my wife and kids for breakfast we waited for long to be seated and there was one man waiting behind us, we eventually got seated, but unfortunately we had to wait for long again for our orders to be taken when the waitress finally came to our table we ordered drinks and food at the same time and waitress vanished again. We waited for more than 10 minutes for drinks to be served at that point I went to look for the waitress and she said the drinks will be served shortly going back to the table I saw that the man who was behind us in the quee finishing his food already. I felt so unfairly treated and waitress was so arrogant about it so we decided to leave. The place wasn't even busy for such poor service

Great service, great prices, staff makes you feel at home. Definitely my family's go-to restaurant :
Lungi's service was a top-notch, she's very friendly .
Waiter was incompetent, I had to pay for my coffee after asking if I could use my voucher, says that I can only use my voucher once although I asked before ordering.
Staff are very helpful and you don’t wait long for your food to be delivered. Food prices are very decent and the wi fi is not too shabby.
