Econo Foods is an ideal local suburban food place with a wise range of food products, mainly frozen plus eggs, charcoal, condiments and spices, etc. The aisles and gondola ends are well stocked and neatly kept. Adverts show the latest specials. As a qualified biochemist, I however marked them down because of the huge amount of FDA approved additives recorded on the food labels and which are basically very unhealthy for humans as well as the large amount of Genetically Modified Organisms in their food ranges. There was is not enough non-GMO stock to choose from.
Very clean and very good service, with a wide variety of produce. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Very good prices. Bought several items eg bacon bits, bacon, hamburger patties, etc at about half the price as other stores. Good taste.

Man the selection is just out of this world. Ultra clean store,fridges and neat as can be shelves. Prices is so low it has to be checked to be sure. Quality ACTUALLY out do's the prices. You have to go there.
Prices reasonable. Icecold in there. Take a jersey/jacket with.
Lots of specials, love all the frozen foods, seafood is also really inexpensive, but they have also pushed up their prices allot since the first time i shopped there.
