Very poor customer service. I sent emails, went to the westville branch also called the centurion branch and non could assist. I require my certificates for SHE Rep and HIRA which are long over due. I received the Intro to samtrac a day after. I can't even proceed to register for samtrac cos the service is so poor, seems like no one knows
Could not attend booked training - wanted to reschedule but company's term and conditions state that I have to pay the full amount again - takes your money with NO service rendered.
Nosa College Standards are very high and their facilitator Miles Du Plessis is simply the best, patient and very good in explaining things for easy understanding..
Typing this with frustration, I just booked for my rewrite again for intro to samtrac, with my 2 friends and 1 colleague, we will all be Writing for the 3rd time all of us this year. We keep failing and worse is we can't review our script to know how are we failing, where do we get it wrong? So we can excel and do better & understand better. We just want to pass and get on with life,but it almost feels like you are hindering all that by not allowing us to view scripts, to see where do get it wrong,so we can pass next time. I'm studying so hard and giving my all for this course, but to keep failing without knowing how & why,it's not doing us any good, it's also crippling us financially The system is not fair to be honest
i Register with Nosa E-learning class for defensive driving.InMarch and I pay the fees and I booked the date to to write and they didn’t upload my studies.so I when to centurion Nosa to ask more information about this whole thing. I find a white lady the she did know what she doing and tell me to go she will give me call after hour then she didn’t call me back. and yesterday I when back for my refund they told me I have to call the logistics department for my refund.than when I call they lady in that department she was so rude she even drop call now I am clueless where going to get my money back because I pay and they didn’t deliver anything to me this E-learning class they provide is a scam I need my money back please.
I must say I am very much disappointed in Nosa/Samtrac. Wrote my Samtrac a week ago n exam was a bit tough but I tried my best... Later after writing I found out that 1 of my classmate had our paper before writing it,worst thing it was on her whatsapp status by Mistake n deleted it later but thanks to GB WhatsApp we had evidence. I am expressing myself only now because last week I was still emotional and needed some time to cool down the last thing I wanted is for someone to loose His/her job n the thought of the amount we paying for this course and at the end there's unfairness. I just wish there can be fairness and we re-write whether I passed it or not.. This situation is destroying our passion to do Safety course. But the honest I can say is we had a good facilitator and he was patient with us and made sure we understand the modules

Nosa have or has a poor service since last week I've send my emails to the management and coordinator I haven't got any feedback I called every single day phone not answered , I did my SAMTRAC appeal till today waiting for a date to review my script
NOSA has great stuff you can learn to better yourself in the fields of safety and more. And my short course I was met with a very kind and funny teach by the name of Linda Steyn she seemed more informed and I felt safe in her hands
