Balance isn’t just something you need when you’re learning to ride a bike. It’s the harmony between body, mind and soul. Achieving balance is about living a life that’s filled with a little bit of this, and a little bit of that. Time and again we tend to eat too much, sleep too little, work too hard and laugh too seldom. We should try to find the harmony between stressing and stretching, squats and shots and burgers and bench presses.
