Your cashiers need to be trained in customer service. Getting aggro with staff over the phone whilst serving customers is very unprofessional. Then to make matters worse, she tries to take my bank card from me to touch it to the screen even though I heard it beep that the payment had gone through. I'm just sorry I didn't get her name because I would have posted it here.
