Terrible experience. You don’t even get greeted by the doctor, not even eye contact. In what is already a sad difficult situation, this doctor only makes you feel worse.

Be prepared to wait very very long. Appointment was at 4pm, had to be there 30mins earlier to complete forms. Only got seen by Dr Rapoport after 6pm and consultation was less than 10 minutes. There isn't even enough space in the waiting room for all the patients waiting for their appointments. They have to give serious attention to time management

My treatment at this facility was nothing short of unprofessional and extremely unpleasant, I left the facility after my 3rd treatment due to how I was treated and requested a new referral.  Note and feedback for the practice: A little bit of compassion goes a long way!

Was eventually treated with high dose stem cell chemo. Been clean now for 23 years Regards PETER CORREIA

I can only say that my experience at the Rosebank oncology centre was wonderful. Everyone is kind and helpful. I have been in remission for 2 years since my treatment and it is always a good experience going for my checkups. Thank you very much!
