Truly the best doctor I have ever been to. Dr Nkgapele is so friendly and professional. She was so thorough and informative. She didn't rush anything and took time to listen to me. I will never be going to another dermatologist except her! Thank you so much for everything.
I had an appointment for almost two months in waiting, the receptionist called to let me know that the good doctor is sick, she didn't make a plan to give me a new appointment. I went to another dermatologist. super disappointed, i was hoping for a consult. And it looks like this is their pattern. be weary.
I saw doctor Nkgapele she's professional, she is on time for her appointments I did not wait. She was friendly and explained everything in detail.
I had a great experience. I was quite impressed with how the building looks on the inside - clean, well-kept and thriving. When I walked into the main reception, I was warmly welcomed. When I let them know I had an appointment with Dr. Mabu, they directed me to the Dermatology practice upstairs. I didn't need to wait long at all. Dr. Mabu is friendly, and also welcomed me warmly. She directed me to her office, where she let me list my symptoms, and asked me a few questions. She did a check-up and immediately knew what the issue was, and was knowledgeable about the exact nature of my condition. She has tons of empathy; she listened to me and reassured me at every step. I went in feeling paranoid I tend to catastrophise and I say things like earache = brain cancer, and she soothed my worries. She didn't dismiss me or gaslight me, but instead gave me concrete evidence to prove that my catastrophe wasn't true. Vee at reception was also wonderful and helped me out from the time I called in to book my appointment, to the time I paid my invoice before leaving. I used the medication Dr. Mabu prescribed; it's been almost 3 weeks so far and I've seen significant improvement with my condition. I'm quite happy with my experience. It'll be refreshing when I need to return.
Dr Nkapele is so friendly and respectful, the appointment ran on time and the bill went straight through medical aid. What a lovely experience!

I take my daughter to Dr Nkgapele and I am always impressed with the level of professionalism. The receptionist is friendly and Dr Nkgapele is also wonderful. She is on time for her appointments and she takes time to listen and address any concerns and questions you have. On a rare occasion where she was late due to matters beyond her control, she actually apologised and I was highly impressed by this because from my previous experience with some doctors, they generally don’t apologise when they are sore for an appointment. Dr Nkgapele is knowledgeable in her field and I am seeing great improvement in my daughters skin since she started her treatment
I went to see Dr Nkgapele for the first time, I must say wow the woman aura so motivating , she is a very kind and explained very well and made me understand of what I was diagnosed with. I am hoping to get better but I came out of the room feeling am going to be healed. Oh and not forgetting her Receptionist Vee ohh cherry on top.
Dr Nkgapele and her receptionist Vee were a breath of fresh air. Vee was in communication with me continuously as appointments became available and really went above and beyond trying to get me an appointment sooner than the initial 2 week wait. I'd also like to add that not only was Vee efficient, she was super friendly all the while too! Dr Nkgapele arrived for my appointment early!! Can you imagine? A doctor that actually runs on time! Not only was Dr on time, she was insightful, caring, clearly very good at what she does, and willing to listen and advise based on my circumstances. Thank you very much to this wonderful practice. I would rate higher if I could.
Highly recommended!! I found Dr Nkgapele on the internet and tried her out because of the positive reviews I read and I must say, it hasn't even been a month and I'm already seeing improvement in my skin. I had ring worms and dry patches on my scalp for years and Dr Nkgapele recommended a shampoo that I use 3 times a week and now my scalp is clear and no longer itchy and it's like it had no problems. I also have active eczema in winter and my legs get dry and ashy no matter how much I moisturise them. Dr Nkgapele recommended a body lotion and prescribed an ointment. The skin on my legs is improving day by day and the marks are fading away. My appointment was on the 5th of July and I'm already seeing improvement. Overall I'm happy, plus her and her receptionist are very friendly
