One Price Store

The clothes in the store are nice but the people are really unpleasant. They are very disrespectful and unhelpful. I’m not one to usually type bad reviews but today made me very angry. At least have the decency to greet.

I bought a tennis outfit for my 10 year old daughter. I swiped my card and the amount went through on my bank but the store computer froze and canceled the purchase. I was told to get a bank statement even though I showed her on my phone that my bank had been charged. The bank had loads of people inside and the ATM couldn't print my statement. Now I am minus R189 and tennis clothes and I'm peeved.

Lovely store....just unfortunate they don't keep on the same variety of goods they have in stock in their other stores.....they always say they don't have the space in smaller stores, yet they have a lot of the same products where they could reduce that and add a bit more variety....even when I ordered something in-store it never materialized......

Great store with big range of things to buy for your home. Great prices.
