One restaurant

This was an incredible restaurant. I recommend that you get a reservation as they only accept 15 persons for lunch and about 22-25 for dinner. You may get lucky like we did and get a table as walk ins, but that seemed very rare. The food was remarkable. By far the best meal I had in Belgium. Truly fabulous and rich flavors paired extremely well with the beer I had. They had a handful of toys available for our infant to play with while we waited for the meal to come. Their garden/terrace was gorgeous and private. It felt like we were in our own world. The waitress was the owner alongside her husband who was in the kitchen cooking. They seem to be a power couple as their creations, care, and general vibe were uplifting. I would return here to eat and I will consider returning to Brugge simply to join them for another culinary experience in the future. Thank you for providing such an experience and wonderful food to the world.

Lovely evening to have a great dining experience at ONE. I had the very creamy cheese croquettes and the mixed meat meatballs with cherry and mushroom sauce-the flavors worked richer so well! Great service with only 1 server covering 7+ tables. Over and above observation; there was a toddler at a nearby table and they brought out creative toys he could eat from. Multiple seating areas inside, in/covered patio seating out back.

Probably the most expensive croquettes I will ever eat in my life. Very good hearty food. They also have their own wine which is also good. Small cosy atmosphere, good for couples.

I had a nice surprise with One Restaurant. I wanted a good, Belgian experience and they managed to surprise us with a good selection of local dishes made with good taste and great service. Worth a stop

Amazing! This was just good home cooking. Lovely environment and genuinely friendly service. The food was very good. We thought the wine menu extensive, and perhaps a bit expensive. But we went for the beer anyway “when in Rome”. Only fault was from my partner and she mentioned the women’s toilet didn’t flush well.

We went to ONE for lunch, we were the first table to arrive, but as soon as we sat and ordered, other tables started to come, and it got quite full quickly, so reservation is highly recommended. We ordered beef carpaccio and shrimp salad, and they were both delicious. The restaurant accepts only 1 credit card per table, and we had to order any drinks as mentioned by the restaurant, so we ordered a bottle of water. They don't allow food sharing.

Do yourself a favor and spend a little time here. We really, really enjoyed all of the drinks and every single delicacies that has been served to us. Thanks to the whole team and…Please keep that smile in your face and that passion and love at the kitchen. Best regards…

Very nice food, if on expensive side. Flemish stew is recommended, and meatballs are good too.

Although we did not have a reservation, the polite lady accepted us. He also informed us by warning that our meal might be delayed. The garden is quite cute and the food was also delicious. They sent us off with good wishes and interest. We really enjoyed the place and recommend it for a nice lunch.
