Great service. I needed a room earlier than normal 14h00 and they were able to make a plan. It's great to have dynamic staff adjusting to the needs of their clients. Location is beach front .. no better placeRooms: 5/5

Wow, wasn't expecting that...extremely affordable accommodations literally meters from comparable rooms at half the price. They call the beds "doubles," but from American standards they are singles...but either way these rooms are top notch for 1/2 the price. Just expect for each guest to have his/her own room at around 800 rand per night. Clean with all the amenities...

The place was clean and neat.Breakfast was very nice. Those who have never been there I encourage them to book their vacation laphaya!!!

Rooms are a bit small. The absolute basic for a sleep over. Small tv. A kettle. Shower. Air con . Security of rooms and your luggage is ok. Security at the place itself. They really need to up their game People were very loud in the corridors. Nobody even asked them to calm down. I really will think twice to go here again. I really like their system when you leave the premises. Using tokens. Nice one. Only saw it here

The rooms were clean, and the service was great eg, when we arrived the heater was not functioning, and I reported the next morning electrician was there fixed the problem and the rest is history. As for location it's out of the question, perfectly situated. Thank you Road Lodge P.E

Although they advertise room service, the two times we asked for it, it was not possible for them to do. Upon arrival, the coffee and tea station was not replenished for 2 people to use. Sadly, the front desk ladies did not make us feel welcome. No welcoming smiles and when you ask something, you receive very short and abrupt responses. I worked in hospitality myself, friendliness and kindness are two key factors in this job. The only lady who was friendly, was Phumeza, thank you for making us feel welcome at least once during our 3 day stay. We had very fond memories of our previous stays at Road Lodge over the past 15 years, sadly that is not the case for us anymore.

This was probably one of the worst experiences that I have had. The place was not clean and the food left much to be desired. Not a good experience at all.Rooms: 1/5
