Very clean rooms. Friendly staff. Coffee Station. Good value for money if you're staying a while, you don't want to break the bank and would like walking access to the Boardwalk!

Out stay was wonderfull it has been out third time in sun 1 in Port Elizabeth. However and this has not happened before I have just noticed while unpacking at home that my Airpods are missing from my bag and no I have not taken them out during our whole trip they were in the same place the whole time no while we were there we had our room cleaned twice after the first cleaning realizing that a while chocolate slab is just missing could not find it anywhere now I did not go and say something about the chocolate because it is just a chocolate. Where my Airpods is another story and only people that have access to our rooms are the people who clean them. I am very upset with this because why can't people leave other people's things alone. Therefore with future visits we will never have our room cleaned again since people feel the need to take others belongings I would just like to add that the lady at reception I'm going to spell her name wrong I'm sure if it but Babalwa at reception is a wonderful and kind person, very helpfull and polite

The room was clean but there was smoking smell that keep popping not sure where it came from because the cleaner came to assess and sprayed but the smell was there again not sure if it was not the carpet as it was a bit humid when we walk barefoot,unfortunately I was with a 4year old that picked up the smell first time we enter the room and I felt it too.

I loved the services from all the staff. The security man Nimrod Cebo was extremely professional and friendly. The gentleman and the ladies at the reception were so good and professional. Room are clean and well kept. WiFi reliable, free coffees, etc. You can also just walk to a mini store, Nancy's, MacDolnald, and the main road for taxi. When in PE, I trust the Sun . I only wished you offer breakfast

My husband is disabled and has prosthetic leg, it is quite difficult to get into the small shower that also has a high step, uses a lot of effort just to get in and out of the shower with his crutches. The bed is comfortable and appreciate the room service with clean linen, towels and hand soap, love the buttomless coffee/tee in the foyer. Very Friendly abd professional staff, also appreciates the disabled and secure parking, it is a bit noisy with visitors above our floor during night.

The hotel is neat , bed comfortable location n is good. When we arrived we were not orientated at all we arrived very late because we were coming g from cape town ...wifi and tea we find it on our own on the second day evening..when we book we did ask if is it self catering and the lady lady said yes we brought food coz we thought there is a kitchen for us to cook bt no luck even the fridge to keep our stuff nothing only microwave was there and we were a big group we were not prepared to eat out the whole week end we were 10 adults and 6 kids the only this we were told is that if we make noise we will have to go out . The guy at reception on Friday30th and Saturday 1st Oct night was not friendly at all. Toilet has not toilet brush
