Really saddened to learn that 'The Rat' has decided to call it a day :- This little company became the go-to SA store for those looking for hard-to-find spares for obscure camping gear. So too, the customer service offered by Diane and her fellow packrats became legendary, and for good reason. All the best guys, I know there are many people like me who are really sorry to see you go, but we wish you everything of the best with whatever comes next!

I have twice gone to Packrat for support on parts for a Coleman cooler and for a Stanley mug and the response was always immediately and always positive. I can highly recommend this company! Diane is excellent in her communication and customer care. Well done Packrat! Keep it up!

Good and Prompt Service and Delivery, package arrived on time and i am happy with the product, i am -1 star because the packaging for my item was really bruised and busted and was actually open, luckily no damage to the leatherman though and it seems fine. Not sure if the package got damaged on the way here and it was the couriers fault or if it was a already sent that way. I am expecting it was the former. Anyways i am pleased with PackRat :
