One of the best customer services I have ever experienced. I placed an order for a CPU cooler then someone called me from Rebel Tech to make sure the CPU cooler is compatible with my CPU socket before sending it off to courier, fantastic company. Ordered it the morning and came the next morning based in Gauteng.

Brilliant group, these guys are so cool, helpful and their after sales are really great, I can't recommend any other company more then Rebel Tech! Very satisfied will all my purchases, felt the need to leave a positive review, as you guys are really doing it right!  Keep up the great work! You guys are literally the best at what you do! I purchased a Ducky keyboard for my son for Xmas , arrived on time , had great experience with Rebel Tech overall and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy top quality accessories for PC .  RGBs on the keyboard are superb and the keyboard is built really well ,  only down fall is the cable is a bit short but no major .

First time customer. All I can say is excellent service. Placed order Monday morning, received it Wednesday morning 8AM and I am all the way in the Western Cape. The Courier Guy service was also really professional, friendly and kept me updated at every step with their tracking webpage and emails/sms.

Excellent service! I Initially made arrangements for delivery and then decided to cancel the delivery because I had someone nearby that could collect my parcel, I contacted them and asked to cancel delivery and arrange for collection, they were extremely helpful and sorted me out. They respond to requests very fast and efficiently I would recommend them to anyone.

Great customer service. Extremely efficient & helpful staff. I emailed Fabian at 15:00 on a Friday, he quoted me, processed my invoice & had my order packaged for collection before the end of the day.  11/10 would recommend.

Probably the best service I have gotten. I would mention other places, but I think I probably shouldn't. The Team are quick to respond on the site - helped cancel a problematic order of mine - assisted me with some answers on Liquid Cooling, and about 2-3 days from ordering it, that I got my new system. And everything is working well too.  Amazing guys! Will be ransacking your store again some time.
