Been filling up here for almost 12 years. Great service, owner and Staff friendly

fuel cap was not replaced, not able to contact as number online “does not exist”

Worst sevice. Manager shouts at you. After asking a question. It does not fly. Sorry.

Please be aware of being told by petrol pump attendants that a credit card machine is faulty & they will bring one that's working properly. I am still waiting to hear from management after being overcharged on Wednesday the 5th of February! I went in on Friday & was told that it would be sorted out by Saturday at the latest & I would be called or emailed. Today is Monday & nothing!

This garage is terrible. Their service is exceedingly slow, no matter how many attendants are working, because they’re always congregating in groups to talk. On more than one occasion the attendants have been extremely rude, as well. Even though this station is nearest to me, I now drive the little bit further to a friendlier location. The selection at the store is acceptable, but not exceptional.

ATTENTION! DANGER! I was robbed inside this gas station at 3 pm in the afternoon!!! The staff and owner just left into a room next door 3 people were working there when I came in while 2 other guys took my card and money! The owner didnt warn me or did anything to help me. Maybe also the cab driver was involved in all this. Better go to a Bank and avoid using ATMs anywhere else but in a bank, especially not on the streets or any place without security guys! @The owner: I will contact Shell directly and report what happened at your gas station to me! Locals also told me that this was not the first time and happens very often at this station. Shame on you! You could have reported those criminals to the police way earlier and taken responsibility for your customers instead of hiding in the bathroom!

After filling up I asked the attendant to clean the windscreen. After waiting a long time I saw him chatting to his colleagues a distant away making me wait. Unfortunately he forfeited a generous tip as his attitude made me leave.

The worst service ever!!! I purchased a few items from the shop, the cashier shortchanged me. When I asked for the the rest of my change she told me she can't open the till and let me know by means of facial expressions how much I was inconveniencing her. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me I can come back tomorrow if I want... I will never return and I will spread the word about the lack of service.

Im so embarrassed about how rude the cashiers are its pathetic. Please do some sort of customer service training with your cashiers especially Tamele. When asking about a simple special she scoughs and rudley turns screens throws money in the till and shouts bootie all because of a void. I won't be going back till this changes.

There are surprisingly few filling stations in the City Bowl area. Even though thousands upon thousands of vehicles journey through the city every day, I suspect most drivers fill up close to home as opposed to during peak time when they arrive in, or leave from, the city. Thus the comment by a shop assistant during my visit there recently informing me THAT THE SITE WILL SOON BE CLOSING. For now it's very much a regular filling station. Nothing special, but more or less what you'd expect.
